Our goal is that all our customers are 100% happy with our products. And if for some reason you are not satisfied with them or face any other issue, we will accept your return.

To be able to cancel your order, you must tell us no later than 14 days after the date you received the last of your items and you must return your items to us within 14 days of notifying us that you would like to cancel your order.

During the 14 days period you need to treat the product and its packaging with care. Only unpack or use the product as far as necessary in order to be able to assess whether you wish to retain the product or not.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, then you need to return the product to us, with all associated components, and – in as far as this is reasonably possible – in the original state and packaging, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions that we might send you.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you only need to cover the costs of returning the goods.

To start a return, please contact us at support@cycling-point.com. Once we accepted your return, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we received your return, we will refund your paid amount as quickly as possible.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
