Are your products healthy and safe to eat?

Yes, our functional and well-tolerated products are designed based on the latest research and are carefully manufactured from certified producers in Europe that are subject to strict quality controls, including modern production with a high level of hygiene and transparency.

Our products are constantly monitored. A process-oriented quality management system ensures a high level of quality, which is continuously audited and certified externally.

None of our products contain ingredients that are on WADA's "Prohibited Substances List".

We use natural, vegan, and gluten-free ingredients as much as possible.

One of your products is currently not in stock. When will it be back?

We constantly refill our stock and also work on new products. On the product page you can enable a notification that is sent to you once the product is available again.

SHIPPING & RETURN

I have not received my order, what should I do?

Please contact our customer service. We are dedicated to resolve all issues quickly and make sure you receive your quality nutrition without hassle.

How long will it take to get my order?

Typically we fulfill your order within 24-48 hours. Your local delivery company will then deliver your quality nutrition to your door.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only offer our products to customers in Germany. However, we plan to expand soon, and we recommend to sign-up for our newsletter to be the first to know.

What payment methods are accepted?

We offer credit card payments as well as PayPal.

What are the shipping costs?

Our shipping fee is 4.90 Euros.

How can I return my order?

Customers in the European Economic Area (EEA) have a legal right to change theirmind within 14 days and receive a refund for most products that theybuy from us online.

If you would like to cancel an order because you have changed your mind, you must tell us no later than 14 days after the date you receive the last of your items and you must return your items to us within 14 days of notifying us that you would like to cancel your order.

How do I get information about my order?

Once we fulfilled your order (typically within 24-48 hours) we you will receive an email which includes a delivery tracking from your local delivery company.
